By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Your order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.
Pricing, product availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency selected at checkout and a four-order minimum commitment before you may cancel, skip, or pause. Please note that dried flower subscriptions are delivered four times per year, meaning the four-order minimum represents a full year commitment. After the minimum is met, changes to your subscription can be made by contacting us directly at sayhello@houseoflilac.com or 305-392-1297. Perishable products
Our products are perishable in nature. House of Lilac is not responsible for the condition of products that are left unattended after delivery, refused at the door, or affected by environmental conditions outside of our control once delivered. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order or that the delivery location is suitable.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the contiguous United States only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. House of Lilac is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. For local delivery, scheduling is subject to availability.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding — is the property of House of Lilac or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
