Shipping Policy

At House of Lilac, we offer two fulfillment options: local hand delivery across South Florida and nationwide shipping via carrier. Please read below for details on each.


Local hand delivery

We deliver fresh and dried flower orders by hand across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Delivery is available on dates shown at checkout — availability varies by date and area, so you'll always see your options before placing your order.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your zip code.

All local orders are delivered contactless and left at the door unless otherwise arranged. If you have specific delivery instructions — a gate code, a preferred drop spot, or a request to hand off directly — please include them in your order notes.

If we're unable to complete delivery due to an inaccessible address, locked gate, or no response, we will contact both the sender and recipient to find a solution. If we're unable to deliver, the order will be returned to our shop and a redelivery fee will apply for a second attempt.

Because we hand-deliver your order ourselves, we stand behind its condition on arrival. If something isn't right, please refer to our Refund Policy.


Local pickup

Prefer to pick up in person? We offer free order pickup at our Miami location. Select pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready on your chosen date.

Nationwide shipping

We ship dried flower orders to all contiguous US states via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping options and speeds are available at checkout, including expedited options for an additional fee.

Every order is made fresh for you. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to make, pack, and ship your order before it's handed off to the carrier. That said, we do our best to get things out ahead of that window and process orders in the order they come in. Once your order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, damage in transit, or losses caused by the carrier once the order has been handed off. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.
