Cancellation policy

We offer fresh and dried flower subscriptions so you can enjoy House of Lilac on a recurring basis. Here's everything you need to know before signing up.

Minimum order commitment

All subscriptions are subject to a four-order minimum. You may not cancel, skip an order, or pause your subscription until after your fourth order has been charged and processed.

Please note that dried flower subscriptions are delivered four times per year, meaning the four-order minimum represents a full year commitment.

If you choose to pause your subscription, you may do so for up to 3 months before resuming. Orders completed prior to your pause count toward your four-order minimum unless you have been inactive for an extended period of time, in which case the minimum may reset at our discretion.

How billing works

When you purchase a subscription, your payment details are stored securely by Loop, our third-party subscription platform. Your card on file will be charged automatically at the frequency you select from the date you sign up. You should receive an email notification 72 hours before each charge so you're never caught off guard.

Subscription pricing is subject to change. We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes that affect your plan.

Managing your subscription

You can view your upcoming orders and manage your subscription through your customer portal. To make changes, cancel, or ask any questions, please contact us directly at sayhello@houseoflilac.com or 305-392-1297. We recommend reaching out before your next charge date to ensure changes are processed in time.

Damaged subscription orders

Our damage-free guarantee applies to subscription orders. If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right — either by replacing the damaged items or doubling up on your next order, whichever you prefer. To be eligible, please email photos to sayhello@houseoflilac.com on the same day your order is delivered.
