how do I get my flowers? pick them up free at the shop, or have them delivered. subscribers get discounted delivery pricing across miami.

how often will I be billed? on whatever frequency you choose — weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks, or monthly. billing starts the day you sign up and repeats on that cycle.

what if I'm going out of town? skip that week or pause the subscription from your account. you can pause for up to 3 months before it restarts.

can I manage my own subscription? yes. log in at houseoflilac.com with the account you created when you subscribed. from there you can skip, pause, change your size or style, or update your card.
